Why do returns cost money?
Germany is the European returns champion!
In 2022, over 530 million parcels containing more than 1.3 billion items were returned in Germany.
A single return generates about as much CO₂ as using a hairdryer for 5 hours.
We will no longer participate in this madness & ask for your understanding.
Important: You bear the costs for the return yourself.

The refund will be processed immediately upon arrival and inspection of the goods, usually within 5 business days.
P.S.:
For you as a customer, a return costs on average 32 minutes of your time – and for us as a startup, it incurs approx. €15-20 in costs, even if we can resell the item.

How can I return an item?
Not 100% satisfied? If you have an issue with the product, please send us a short message; perhaps we can still find a solution.
Otherwise, you can easily return your products to the address given above. The money will be refunded to you within 5 business days after inspection of the goods.
What does the return cost me?
We keep it fair and transparent: you bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. You can drop off your parcel at DHL, DPD, UPS or any other common shipping service provider.
When do I get my money back if I've returned something?
As soon as we have processed your return, we will initiate the refund. You will normally receive your money back in your account within approximately 5 business days.
Can I exchange my item?
If you only want to exchange an item, please send us an email to hey@two46.de and we will find a fair solution.
